Henry Miller, a Rochester native now living in Fort Worth, Texas, is set to make his season debut this weekend with the Pro Motocross Championship series at Spring Creek MX Park in Millville, Minnesota. Miller has been training hard and is excited to take on some of the top 450cc motocross riders in the world.

Miller's first start of the season comes after a few years of dealing with injuries that kept him out of competition. Last year, he fought through a torn rotator cuff, which limited his performance. However, he still managed to place 21st overall in the 40-rider field despite the injury.

In 2019, Miller had his best-ever finish as a pro at Spring Creek, finishing ninth overall. He has been training hard and is feeling healthy for the first time in years. 'It's going to be pretty cool to go home and be as healthy as I've been in a long time,' Miller said.

Miller will get some practice time on Friday before taking to the track on Saturday with some of the best motocross riders in the world. He is excited for the opportunity to compete at close to 100% health, which he hasn't experienced in four years.

'I'm just hoping to put on a good race, have fun with it and enjoy it,' Miller said. 'It's a really awesome opportunity.'

Miller is also looking forward to seeing his friends and family who will be attending the event. He has been away from home for a long time, so he is excited to spend some quality time with them.
